  • Support classroom media systems (projectors, flat panels, microphones, PTZ cameras) and computer labs.
  • Troubleshoot Crestron-based rooms (control processors & touch panels): network/connectivity, device routes, IR/RS-232, and user interface issues.
  • Diagnose AV path issues end-to-end (source → switcher → extender → display), including HDMI/EDID, audio gain/echo, and no-signal faults.
